If you are interested in becoming a member of the Cumberland Valley HOG Chapter, please click on the link below to open up the membership form and print.

Simply bring the completed application to Appalachian Harley-Davidson and they will be happy to help you complete the process, or better yet, check our Events Calendar for the time and place of our next monthly HOG meeting, and complete the membership process with our Membership Officer, Cathy Delp, or any other Officer attending the meeting.

Membership in the Cumberland Valley HOG Chapter is open to any person who is a member of the National Harley Owners' Group (HOG) and is interested in the purposes of our group.

Annual Chapter dues are just $15.00.
